This thermometer allows you to monitor the internal temperature of your fridge or freezer. This is useful to maintain optimum performance and to save energy as you will be able to set the the thermostat for the optimum temperature. Normally this would -18 degrees Celcius for a freezer and +4 degrees Celcius for a fridge.
The scale on the thermometer has a scale which shows the optimum temperatures for various scenarios.
The measurable temperature range is -35 Degrees Celcius to + 40 Degrees Celcius. The thermometer can also have other uses such as simple room temperature measurement or for measuring the outside air temperature.
